Browser demo loans

Fuel Credit includes a browser-only loan simulation so the complete product flow can be explored before onchain deposits are enabled.

Connect Burner Wallet

Select Connect and choose Burner Wallet. Fuel Wallet and Fuelet remain available as real connectors.

When Burner Wallet is connected:

  • the main action becomes Deposit;
  • opening a loan creates a simulated position and fake FUEL/USDC balances;
  • the connected account chip opens My Loans;
  • active loans support partial or full simulated repayment only before maturity;
  • repaid positions and account activity appear in Loan history.

The success screen and all Burner portfolio data are local browser state. No transaction is submitted to Fuel.

Storage and account scope

Demo balances, loans, and activity are stored in versioned localStorage and scoped to the Burner account address. Clearing site data removes them. They are not onchain assets and are not shared between browsers.

Fuel Wallet and Fuelet accounts never receive fake portfolio data. Their deposits remain disabled, and My Loans truthfully states that indexed onchain positions are not live yet.

Calendar reminders

Each open loan can download an .ics calendar event. Choose an alert from zero to ten days before maturity, then select Make reminder.

The event includes:

  • the final maturity date;
  • the exact outstanding USDC amount at export time;
  • the loan identifier and locked FUEL collateral;
  • the selected calendar alert.

The file is downloaded for import into a calendar. Fuel Credit does not send, schedule, or store reminders externally.

CSV export

Export CSV appears in Loan history. It downloads the account summary and every active, past-due, and repaid simulated loan, including balances, principal, outstanding amount, original collateral, released, still-locked, and vault-claimed FUEL, fee, term, opened date, and final maturity.

Maturity

Maturity is the final repayment deadline. At maturity, a loan is finalized as done: repayment closes permanently, outstanding USDC is defaulted, and all unreleased simulated FUEL is marked claimed by the vault. Vault-claimed positions appear separately from open loans and have no repayment controls. There is no grace period or post-maturity repayment window.
